PLEASE EMAIL YOUR ORDERS to customerservice@eerdmans.com and include your Eerdmans account number, your purchase order number, the book number (ISBN), author, title, and list price for each book. For information regarding a specific order, contact the Customer Service Department, 800-253-7521.

BACK-ORDERS AND SHIPPING: If a book is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will back-order it and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Back-orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping.

TEXTBOOK EXAM COPY POLICY: If you are considering one of our books as a required textbook in one of your courses, you may request a free examination copy at www.eerdmans.com/textbook-request. One free exam copy per title, per professor, may be requested. Select reference titles and Eerdmans commentaries may not be available as examination copies. EERDMANS DIGITAL CONTENT: Eerdmans titles are available as ebooks for library purchase through EBSCO, ProQuest, Odilo, and other databases. Individuals can purchase titles through a growing number of retail partners, including Amazon, Google, and Barnes & Noble.

Shipping & Returns

Claims Policy:

Claims for damaged or defective books must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-253-7521 or customerservice@eerdmans.com. There is no need to return damaged or defective books.

Returns Policy:

Any book* still in print may be returned in its original condition for credit to the customer account. Please include the packing slip with any return and ship via a prepaid, traceable carrier such as FedEx or UPS. *Print-on-demand and out-of-print titles will not be accepted.

Back-Orders
