Volumes of Sets, if available individually, may be combined for assorted and single titles discount.

Short Discounts: Certain Eerdmans titles are designated with an “s.” This indicates a short discount. These titles can be found in the QSOF (download pdf here).

If a book is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will back-order (unless the customer requests otherwise) and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Back-orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping.

• Books may be returned for credit provided that a copy of the invoice is included or the invoice number is given and the books are in clean, resalable condition, with all stickers removed.
• Returns are not accepted before 30 days or after 24 months from the date of invoice. Once a title is declared out of print, you will have 6 months to return. No credit will be given after 6 months. All returns with no invoice information will be credited at 30%.
• Books received in damaged, unsalable condition will be credited at 20% of retail.
• Defective books will be replaced at no charge.

Please note: Books purchased as Book on Demand or Remaindered are not returnable unless defective.

Net 30 Days, F.O.B., Grand Rapids, Michigan. A finance charge of 1.5% may be added to accounts 31 days past due. This represents 18% interest per annum.
