Returns Policy

Claims Policy:

Claims for damaged or defective books must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-253-7521 or customerservice@eerdmans.com. There is no need to return damaged or defective books.

Returns Policy:

Any book* still in print may be returned in its original condition for credit to the customer account. Please include the packing slip with any return and ship via a prepaid, traceable carrier such as FedEx or UPS. *Print-on-demand and out-of-print titles will not be accepted.
